Welcome to the RYA Sailing School "Performance Sailing Europe " Dorset
Performance Sailing Europe (PSE) is a sailing school providing RYA training and performance sail coaching. Based at Portland Marina, The new Dean & Reddyhoff development on the breathtaking Jurassic coast in Dorset. Performance Sailing Europe provides sailing instruction ranging from beginners’ taster sessions up to full RYA Yachtmaster, as well as sailors who would like to discover or improve on the more action packed performance side of sailing.
From those who’ve only stepped foot on a yacht to the most seasoned sailors, all will admit that there is always more out there to learn. Every trip is unique which is what makes sailing as popular as it still is today. Like every aspiration, sailing can lead to much personal improvement and endless enjoyment.

Weymouth, Portland and the Dorset coast offer some of the most interesting, picturesque and challenging sailing conditions in the South of the UK. With easy access at all states of tide to local areas, such as Lulworth Cove and Worbarrow Bay, you can expect to experience many famous locations along the South coast from the helm of one of our yachts. On the more advanced courses you can look forward to sailing to the beautiful French peninsula of Cherbourg and the Aldeny Islands.
Whether you’re looking to improve sporting performance, start a hobby, take on a personal challenge or use Performance Sailing as a business tool to improve leadership skills, you can expect a friendly and personal service.
